Doctor's hours are by appointment only & are arranged by calling us at (951) 676-4690. We will make every effort to meet this reserved time, however emergencies may upset our schedule. Please call us immediately if you need to reschedule your appointment so that we may attend to the medical needs of other patients.

Finances:
The pet's owner or guardian is responsible for all the expenses incurred, which are payable upon completion of services by cash, check, MasterCard, Visa or American Express. Deposits are required when your pet is checked into the hospital. Please discuss all fees in advance of service to avoid misunderstandings.
